The jungles are dark and a bit spooky. You keep hearing growls all around you, but can't see anything, and that only adds to the spookiness.

Suddenly you almost step onto a large, black, bushy-tailed dog resting on the ground.

"Hello, stranger," the dog says. You introduce yourself, and the dog says,

"I'm Black. I used to live at Dragon Dream as a puppy. Now, excuse me, I have meat to bury." The dog disappears into the jungles.

Suddenly a thunderous growl fills your ears. You turn, and see a great gargoyle creature baring its fangs at you. Kaytara neighs, and the creature walks away, still growling at you.

"That was Chiro. He's a chirolupe from the Skyhaven," Kaytara says.

Then, you see a wolf. He has intelligent eyes and a proud carriage.

"His name is Jinx, and he came from here."

Then, something soft rubs your feet. You turn and see something resembling a well-fed leopard with a hairy tail.

"This cute baby is a ginnal from the Silver Unicorn, and his name is Ginnal."

You see a dog whose breed you recognise as the German Shepherd. The dog comes closer and wags its tail at you.

"This is Sasha. She was bred at the Danish Farm."

Then you see a young pup sitting in front of you. He has intelligent eyes and you feel he will grow up to be a brave, strong wolf.

"Meet Juno. He came from Obi's Wolf Adoptions."

You carefully pet the friendly pup. He steps away, but gives you his paw to shake. Then he disappears in the bushes.

"He's well trained," comments Kaytara.

Then something rubs on feet. You look down and see... a cat! It is lemon yellow, with a green collar, and strange markings where the yellow fur meets the white, but it is a cat!

"What's a cat doing here?" you ask. Kaytara answers,

"Her name is Plush, and she's a plushie cat from the Dreamforests. She's the stepsister of Juno."

"But this forest is full of dog creatures!" you say.

"They don't seem to mind a plushie so much," Kaytara shrugs.

You proceed, and suddenly hear something in front of you. But there is nothing in front of you... right? Kaytara says,

"The thing here is an invisible wolf. You can adopt one like him in the Forests of Blackbark. Click on a flower at the end of the page to get back to the map, and go to the Forests of Blackbark from there."

You feel chilly at the mention of an invisible wolf, but begin to see some strange outlines in the space before you.

"Oh, and there's also a wolf here who's made of pure shadow. You can adopt one in the same place as the invisible one."

You look around, and notice a shadow of a wolf on the bushes nearby, but no wolf itself. No, you realise, the shadow is not on the bushes, but in the space. The shadow has two normal, non-shadowy eyes.
